Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using TrueTrading, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Pro plans are paid in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC or BTC) for the selected billing period ($39 monthly or $399 yearly). Access is granted after the payment is verified by our team. Subscriptions renew only when you purchase another period — we do not store card data and do not charge automatically.
3. Refunds
Because of the digital nature of the service, deposits are non-refundable once the subscription is activated, except where required by applicable law or where a verified payment error occurred. Contact support before your period ends if you believe there is an issue.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell or publicly distribute signals or platform content.
- Do not attempt to hack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- One account per person — abusive or fraudulent accounts may be suspended without refund.
5. Limitation of liability
TrueTrading is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed profits, or damages arising from use of the platform or its signals.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
TrueTrading stores the information you provide directly: your name, email address, password (kept only in your browser for this demo deployment), deposit requests, transaction screenshots you upload, and messages you send to support.
2. How we use it
- To operate your account and show your subscription status.
- To verify deposits and prevent payment fraud.
- To respond to support and contact requests.
3. Storage & security
In this static deployment, data is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Payment screenshots are compressed before storage to save space. Clearing your browser data removes your account information.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information is shared only when required by law or to comply with a legal process.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@truetrading.com.
